POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Product Manager – IT Systems is responsible for driving alignment across the Americas Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT Systems Business Unit organizations to ensure accurate, actionable visibility into pipeline, orders, sales performance, and key financial metrics. This role serves as a critical connector across functions, enabling informed decision‑making and strong execution within the IT Systems Business Unit. In addition, this role supports regional product strategy and planning efforts, builds compelling business cases for new product development initiatives, and drives execution and lifecycle management of existing products. The Senior Product Manager also acts as the centralized source of market and customer intelligence for the Americas region, ensuring product strategy and execution are grounded in real‑world customer and competitive insights.
