The ISG Development Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated Senior R&D / Product Development Engineer to support Wire & Cable product development, material qualification, and engineering validation activities in close collaboration with development teams in Fremont, California. Based in Tijuana, this role will be responsible for evaluating alternative material formulations, supporting material change initiatives, executing engineering trials and special manufacturing runs, and strengthening technical capabilities in extrusion, polymer science, and materials engineering .
