Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Procurement Manager Subsea & Projects in developing subcategory strategies, monitor supplier markets, create demand forecasts, analyse spend, assess suppliers, identify and act on opportunities for added value;
- Implement activities defined in the category strategies, including agreeing final specifications and setting commercial conditions, define critical performance factors, manage tender processes, evaluation of proposals, conducting negotiations up to contract award;
- Execute Procure-to-Pay activities for relevant studies, services and equipment by executing and process purchase requisitions on behalf of the business, utilizing the relevant ERP system, tools and processes
- Manage contracts and follow up suppliers with regards to adherence to contractual conditions, contract variations and amendments; handle disputes and claims;
