Responsibilities

• Management of the end-to-end process encompassing design, iteration and retirement.
• Responsible for development and management of project plans, success measures, templates, standards and tools against agreed KPIs.
• Establish and manage the service catalogue, process design, standards and policies and associated knowledge management by upkeeping assets supporting the process.
• Manage vendors in terms of performance against agreed KPIs and service levels, negotiations and cost optimization.
• Negotiate the required services and service levels with third‑party service providers and monitors performance.
• Work to consolidate services and regularly review value profile of providers to achieve best value for PMI.
