Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanics or related field is required; a Master's degree is desirable.
5 to 10+ years of experience in manufacturing processes, especially SMT equipment (Screen Printer, Solder Paste, Automatic Inspection, pick‑and‑place, reflow ovens, basic Automatic X‑Ray Inspection).
Understanding of IT platforms supporting SMT operations: Visual Factory, traceability, SPC, MESWeb.
- Strong knowledge of machine operation.
- Machine configuration and common SMT manufacturing metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).
- Project management skills.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
- English language proficiency: 80%.
