Job Description
Primary responsibility is to lead complex and technical projects by providing detailed electrical engineering design, project management, resource/team scheduling, procurement, contractual support and internal team support and mentorship in collaboration with other internal departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design power distribution and transmission systems (HV/MV/LV), including single line diagrams, three-line diagrams, AC/DC schematics, control schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, building systems layouts, substation, switchgear and communication systems.
- Develop power system studies including, but not limited to: Load flow, Short Circuit, Coordination and Arc Flash as well as ground grid design
- Determine and create electrical protection relay setting files, occasionally required to also perform testing
