Job Description:
**Job Overview**
• Own DFM, PFMEA to optimize product/process/tooling design to realizes sample making and mass production.
• Responsible for plating cost estimations, including line speed, precious metal usage, tooling type & investment, etc.
• Ensure plating tool and process is designed to be capable of producing good quality products efficiently at lowest possible cost and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Introduce and evaluate new technology of plating chemicals to improve plating efficiency and meet cost saving target.
• Travel to suppliers to supervise plating outsourcing management and involve in supplier management system establishment, evaluate plating engineering capability, condu...
