Location: São Paulo (Hybrid) Performance marketing is one of the top priorities at Canva right now. We are moving away from a centralized model in Sydney to a specialized local team. The puzzle you are solving is taking over the technical ownership of our main creative channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) for the Brazil market. This role sits at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Creative, and Data; Translating insights into action and scaling what works through continuous testing, iteration, and experimentation. You’ll play a critical role in driving user acquisition and revenue across multiple markets, ensuring we’re investing where impact is strongest. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage a big team. It's for a Senior Individual Contributor who wants to get under the hood of our campaigns, optimize spend in real-time, and bridge the gap between raw data and creative strategy.
