- Reviews contract.
- Coordinates preparation of planning package and procedures.
- Reviews Engineering documentation.
- Project specific procedures.
- Sub-contractor scope of work.
- Client deliverables/progress plan.
- Job instructions & variation proposals.
- Assist Project Manager, Section Head, Supervises & Field Engineer.
- Client approvals.
- Co‑ordinates activities with all departments.
- Vendor deliverables.
- Report preparation & invoice verification.
- Certification activities.
- Final documentation and lessons learned.
- Estimates changes / bids for projects.
- Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
- Assist OCM in preparing the offshore project deliverables list.
