Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) administrator & Engineer.
Planning and scheduling of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for equipments based on schedules, and availability of clearance and resources.
Responsible for maintaining data in the CMMS system pertaining to the Equipment, Systems, Functional locations master data, maintenance plan, Bill of Materials (BOM), Maintenance schedules, Task lists in the system.
Maintains spare parts master and ensure the required spares are available for carrying out the maintenance activities.
Understands simple issue related to maintenance activity and aligns the requirement to continually improve the maintenance procedures.
Is conversant with Statutory aspects for applicable regulations pertaining to Pressure vessels, Rotating equipment, Lifting tools and tackles and schedules the plan for performing the tests periodically
