Drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance systems with a focus on MongoDB and Java Enterprise Edition. Lead complex MongoDB migration initiatives while ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and seamless system integration. Act as a technical authority, influencing architecture decisions and elevating team capability through mentorship and best practices.

Requirements:
- 8+ years MongoDB engineering experience
- Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) expertise
- MongoDB migration project delivery experience
