  • Business Development: Is globally responsible for business development of the respective BU/SBF. Oversees and manages a dedicated team responsible for market launch of new products with clearly defined value proposition. 
  • Market Analysis: Identifies new Business Development Opportunities derived from the strategic planning process of the BU/SBF. Proposes new growth opportunities based on market/competitor/technology observations and analysis.
  • Evaluation of New Business Development Opportunities: Evaluates opportunities in detail with regard to market, technology, competitors, product requirements, new sales channels, etc. Determines market/customer requirements and demands. 
  • Implementation of New Business Development projects: Prepares implementation plan and sets up project teams. Drives product development, customer acquisition process and ramp up of production processes. ...
