Join Amazon Robotics as the Sr. Manager of Operations, a leader where you'll drive the full operational strategy for a high-complexity robotics manufacturing site — from New Product Introduction through volume production. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you'll shape the future of how robots are built at scale.
- Lead a team of manufacturing managers across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
- Own site-level manufacturing strategy, workforce development, and continuous improvement for complex robotics products
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program teams to launch next-generation products from prototype to production
- Operate within Amazon Robotics' Manufacturing, Remanufacturing, and Test Operations (RMTO) organization — a team obsessed with flawless execution and operational excellence
