Job Description
Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Silent‑Aire)
The role supports assembly and manufacturing operations with strong process thinking, problem‑solving, and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize assembly lines and manufacturing processes, including line layouts, line balancing, takt times, cell design, standard work, and documentation.
- Prepare production setups including BOMs, fabrication parts, consumables, task lists, and subassemblies; manage procurement‑related documentation and change management (ECRs).
- Ensure compliance with Alberta and Canadian Occupational Health and Safety guidelines; contribute to JHSA meetings and incident investigations; support safety feature implementation and guarding design.
- Collaborate with safety and structural engineering teams to address risk, guarding, and equipment safety in line with applicable standards.
