We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Quality to lead quality operations across our manufacturing suppliers. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability that result in customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, senior management experience leading teams of supplier quality engineers, and a proven record of driving continuous improvement with manufacturing suppliers. Director level will depending on finalist's experience.
Key Responsibilities
+ Drive quality improvements at IC semiconductor assembly OSATs, Wafer Fabrications, and Final product.
+ Manage Supplier Quality Engineering team.
+ Oversee quality metrics, defect reduction, RMA trends, and in‑line quality indicators.
+ Lead team to proactively engage in and define Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs)
+ Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective action...
