Responsibilities
Manage the team for optimizing operational assets and workforce scheduling to meet production, distribution, and customer requirements, including production & material planning, material movement, warehousing, and RM/PM & finished goods inventory management.
Lead end-to-end supply network pillar as part of Integrated Lean Six Sigma journey, identifying supply chain losses and developing & implementing a roadmap to achieve cost, cash & service & loss elimination objectives aligned with Mondelēz International Supply Chain strategy.
Be responsible for plant warehouse and re‐packing operations (internal & external) performance and delivery KPIs.
