Sr. Manager, Strategic Planning
ADP is hiring a Sr. Manager, Strategic Planning. The role partners closely with leaders across ADP Canada to define, communicate, and execute our business strategy. It involves researching, developing annual plans, handling ad‑hoc projects, and presenting insights that support executive decision‑making.
What you’ll do
- Be the trusted strategy advisor for business segments at ADP Canada.
- Run assigned initiatives or projects, including problem‑solving, building business plans and stakeholder conversations.
- Manage strategy processes, program‑managing standard strategy cycle events such as the annual strategy planning cycle and board meetings.
- Partner with peers in matrixed teams and other locations to develop strategies for Canadian business units.
