Job Description: The Senior Manager is tasked with developing strategic engineering plans to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency, overseeing new product introductions (NPI), design transfers, and major projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Managing site engineering activities.
- Initiating projects to improve operational capabilities.
- Leading material localization efforts.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams for engineering support.
- Guiding project teams in NPI and product transfers.
- Driving yield improvements and cost reductions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
