:Job Duties: Develop and execute strategic transformation programs and initiatives, including AI automation and intelligent solutions, strategic engineering architecture design, resource allocation, and platform performance monitoring in collaboration with the Director of Finance Technologies. Lead, develop, and grow a high-performance, multi-function team to take the business forward and demonstrate superior leadership in line with the PayPal values. Build scalable software systems leveraging AI/ML technologies, lead technical discussions, participate in code reviews, and guide the team in engineering best practices. Write quality code and build secure, highly available software systems.
