**What You'll Do:**

+ You will be in-charge of e-commerce strategy and performance, driving online channel growth throughplatform strategies, customer engagement models and digital execution frameworks​
+ You will work with a multi-market scope that includes China, Japan and ASEAN markets, with a potentialto expand to India in the future​
+ You will be responsible in defining regional e-commerce strategy across platform and business modeland developing channel-specific value propositions and digital growth strategies​
+ You will manage business planning and expansion, drive campaigns, promotions and platformpartnerships, online performance review, customer, product strategy integration and utilize insights tooptimize customer engagement
