The Sr. Management Associate (“SMA”) participates in a specially designed program to introduce the next pool of leadership talent to the company/industry. The goal of the program is to prepare the SMA with the business knowledge needed to enable them to lead teams and/or programs for the company. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

+ Rotate through the various lines of business/entities in order to gain a strong knowledge of each area and a solid understanding of the organization as a whole, both functionally and culturally.
+ Build technical/industry knowledge, while learning existing processes and developing strong working relationships and partnerships.
