Description

Responsible for coordinating and controlling the technical personnel under his/her supervision, as well as overseeing the efficiency of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for company equipment. Generates and analyzes trend charts of key departmental metrics to adjust the team's work plan, aiming to reduce downtime caused by improper equipment performance. Additionally, develops continuous improvement projects based on and measured against the Top Five operational availability issues within the area of responsibility.
