Join us as Sr. Logistics Specialist who will play a pivotal role within Norit’s Supply Chain team, ensuring the reliable, efficient movement of materials across plants, warehouses, and customer locations. This position is essential to supporting service excellence, operational reliability, and a culture where employees are empowered to act as owners—taking initiative, solving problems proactively, and driving improvements across the logistics function.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate and optimize transportation activities by scheduling carriers, evaluating delivery windows, load constraints, and shipment priorities, and adjusting plans proactively as conditions change.
- Lead the coordination of emergency and expedited shipments
- Work with carriers to identify alternative routing when delays or disruptions occur
