- Should have mindset like Senior developer with Architect mindset for design
- Must be able to implement from design to implement .
- Deep skills JAVA, microservices, spring boot, AWS
- Should be able to build ground up Systems ( they are building ECON Systems and smart systems)
- Must have strong practical hands-on development experience.
