Job Description

  • On/Off-Boarding - Process new hire requests, image and deploy laptops to new hires and perform IT onboarding
  • Helpdesk - Able to provide elevated technical support to other Help Desk Analysts and serve as an internal escalation point
  • Hardware Support - Install, configure, repair and maintain computers, desktop operating systems, software, and peripherals
  • Zoom & Collaboration Tools (Teams & Zoom)
  • Smart Hands - Provide eyes/hands/feet support for remote Engineering teams

    • REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years of hands on IT Helpdesk & Desktop experience required
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and MDMs
  • Apple DEP experience
  • Advanced understanding of O365 environment and tools
  • High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment
