ADI Global Distribution is currently seeking an Associate Demand Planner to join their Demand Planning team. The role includes demand management and inventory planning for specific product lines in the North American market. The Planner will collaborate with multiple departments such as Product Management, Sales, Customers, Suppliers, Transportation, and Distribution.

Job Duties

• Lead weekly buy and inventory management for assigned categories, ensuring alignment to service and inventory targets
• Own Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and supplier investment strategies to balance availability and working capital
• Drive consensus demand planning by partnering with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning
• Proactively manage supply constraints and risk mitigation, collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders
