Job Purpose
The Senior Insights & Analytics Manager will join the ViiV Healthcare Team on an 18‑month contract. The role is hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days a week in the Mississauga or Montreal office, and reports directly to the Business Intelligence Director. The candidate will support ViiV Canada’s growth by leading key insights initiatives across performance reporting, forecasting, and sales force effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on core I&A pillars: performance reporting, forecasting, commercial analytics, sales force effectiveness, incentive compensation, and market research.
- Lead the performance reporting process to provide clear insight into business performance and market dynamics for cross‑functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Build on customer, competitor, and performance data to proactively recommend opportunities that drive performance and inform strategy.
