POSITION SCOPE

The Senior Human Resources Field Coordinator is a senior level role that combines people's leadership with hands-on field HR operations. This role manages Human Resources Field Coordinators (HRFCs) across multiple job sites, serving as a mentor, escalation point and subject matter expert for Workday and other HR systems & business processes. The Sr. FHRC ensures consistency and compliance while upholding values aligned with HR best practices and business objectives across projects. In collaboration with HR leadership, this role drives the execution of both transactional and strategic goals, fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
