Job Description
**Reporting Line**
Reports to: Director HR Advisory (APAC)
Location: Bangalore, India
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Enable and drive adoption of HR systems (e.g., HCM, HR Direct) and promote manager self-service capability.
+ Act as primary HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and workforce planning.
+ Coach and upskill managers to enhance their capability in managing teams, including performance conversations, engagement, and development planning.
+ Provide advisory support in performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
+ Partner with Talent Acquisition to expedite hiring processes, including position validation, offer alignment, and escalation management.
