About the Role
As a Functional Consultant, you will provide full life-cycle deployment expertise to our customers from gathering requirements, configuring Workday VNDLY, and testing various modules to align with their business requirements.
The key to be successful is to problem solve, think on your feet, advise customers of their options and be a trusted resource. Once you learn Workday VNDLY, the word consultant really becomes the key to this role.
As part of this role you will
Understand customer business requirements and demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and support the testing phase.
Love to problem solve and ‘think’ through various requirements and how you would configure the software to meet those customer needs
Work with technical consultants to ensure seamless touch points throughout project
