Job Description
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Sr. Extruder Engineer is responsible for evaluating, developing, and optimizing extrusion processes at Spectra-Strip. This role involves performing tests, designing technical solutions, taking measures, interpreting data, and ensuring high process performance.
The Sr. Extruder Engineer will provide technical support and guidance to process engineers and technicians to improve productivity, standardize operations, and resolve complex extrusion issues.
This position requires rotation across production shifts, following the current four-shift structure operating 24/7 with 12-hour schedules.
