1. At least 3 years experience in hiring for manufacturing on Pan India basis
2. Can join in a weeks time
3. Willing to work on initial six months contract (extendable to one year)
4. Prior experience in communicating with Hiring managers is a must.
5. Willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Partnering with HRBPs and Hiring Managers;
  talent mapping and benchmarking for critical positions
• Building pipelines for niche and business-critical roles
• End-to-end recruitment for timely closure, with a strong candidate and stakeholder experience
