EUCF Process Engineering team seeks Process Engineers to work in the UK Customer Fulfilment network. The Site Process Engineer is an on‑site position and collaborates closely with the FC Senior Leadership Team and EU PE functions to deploy improvement initiatives, build relationships, and enforce compliance within timelines.

  • Identify top opportunities in the FC compared to other EU FCs and implement improvement action plans in collaboration with local Operations Management.
  • Oversee the FC improvement program and align focus areas with the Senior Leadership team.
  • Analyze process performance using standard reports or custom data analysis, present findings in daily dive‑deep meetings, and convert insights into tangible improvement plans.
