Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably a licensed engineer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an ESH in a manufacturing/electronics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- DOLE Accredited Safety Practitioner or Consultant.
- Accredited Pollution Control Officer.
- Experience with ISO standards and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Key Job Functions
- Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, NEA). This includes managing environmental permits (air, water, waste) and acting as the site liaison for regulatory agencies.
