Job Description
**Qualifications** **:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Electrical Autoimmunization. 7+ years of electronic product development experience.
+ Experience in BMS for power tools is preferred.
+ Solid understanding of BMS core technologies and principles, including lithium battery charge/discharge, protection, and balancing.
+ Preferred candidates with knowledge of Bluetooth hardware and protocol.
+ Proficient in hardware design tools such as Altium Designer and PSpice.
+ Good English reading and writing skills. Capable of communicating work content in English.
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
