Job Description
**Job Description:**
+ Work with cross functional teams to qualify alternate battery cells, electronic modules and other components-based battery packs along with second source development for subcomponents.
+ Provide ongoing technical platform support for existing battery products, implement design changes.
+ Identify and lead value initiatives (VI’s) associated with the product line.
+ Expected to utilize lab test equipment such as data collection equipment, power supply and electronic load to conduct testing.
+ Employ Design of Experiments and other scientific methods to develop/qualify processes.
+ Perform Routine Production Line audits – Travel required.
+ Lead investigations and root cause analysis resulting from manufacturing issues or post sales feedback.
+ Monitor and track warranty rates and concerns.
