Scope of Role-
The DVA Engineer is responsible for Dimensional Variation Analysis and Tolerance stack up for ongoing and new projects.
Knowledge / Experience: 2+ Years
Area of Responsibility:
·DVA Engineer creates and maintains analysis models representing the assembly process, tolerances, and CAD data used for the virtual assembly of a vehicle.
·He will be responsible for creating reports, communicating results, issues, and recommendations to the customer.
Job Requirements:
·Should have experience in Body Components /Interior Trims/Exterior Trims Domains
·Should have good working knowledge of GD&T & Tolerance Stack up Analysis
·Should have good knowledge of GD&T Standard preferred ASME
·Should have knowledge of 1D, 2D stack up & 3D dimensional variation analysis
·Hannd on experience on Catia V5/Teamcenter Vis Mockup
·Hand on Experience in variation analysis...
