Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Lead the architecture, deployment, and management of Microsoft Azure infrastructure solutions aligned to business and operational requirements.
Own Windows and Linux OS support in Azure, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, patching, and automation.
Design and govern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep templates.
Drive Azure security and compliance across Azure AD, RBAC, NSGs, Key Vault, and monitoring tools.
Implement and test backup and disaster recovery strategies using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.
Lead major incident response and perform root cause analysis (RCA) with preventive improvements.
Support CI/CD integrations using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Drive SRE practices including monitoring improvements and reliability engineering.
