Role Overview
Lead and oversee overall fab operations with full responsibility for operational performance and financial results. Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, productivity, and yield while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements.

- Set and monitor performance indicators to drive operational excellence
- Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and manufacturing cost control
- Oversee maintenance systems and standard process compliance
- Manage production cycle time, WIP, inventory, and delivery performance
- Plan annual capital and operating budgets to ensure financial control
