Salary - Upto 15LPA or As Per Industry Standards Project Massing  Understand the project's feasibility regarding FSI area, construction area, and RERA area during the BD stage.  Prepare a rough estimate for the project, including FSI, number of towers, height, and other specifications, to provide input for Costing & Budgeting estimation. Consultant Recommendations and co-ordination  Coordinate with consultants to address various queries and translate design philosophy into project briefs.  Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants. Project Designing  Collaborate with liaisoning team to understand the project from approvable point of view.  Extensively coordinate with appointed architects throughout the project's stages (concept, schematic, GFA, and GFCs) to ensure timely design briefs within established milestones.  Liaise closely work with structural and construction team to ensure alignment among all three elements.
