About the Role
We're looking for a product- and customer-oriented Senior Data Scientistwho is passionate about unlocking data insights that directly tie to strategic execution. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Workday Product Adoption Insights, objectively evaluating whether the features and AI agents we build are truly delivering the strategic value intended for our business and customers.
To achieve this, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to source and analyze adoption data from across the enterprise. The outcomes of your work will culminate in strategy-aligned insights, ensuring we scale our greatest accomplishments and continuously optimize the Workday Customer Experience.
