Job Description
Description We are searching for a full-time a Sr. Customer Care Specialist, in Ann Abor MI. Must excel at communicating effectively and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will function as the hub of operations - supporting Sales, Warehouse, Customer Care, Quality and Finance functions. You will be managing the customer service process from start to finish. If you are a highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with commitment to service, working towards the seamless resolution of issues, then LET'S TALK. This role is onsite for the first 6 months and then hybrid. Pay up to $26/hr.
