Job Description
Responsibilities
Operate company vehicles, providing efficient delivery and pickup of packages. Perform in a floating capacity for a minimum of 15 routes without being assigned a regular route. Serve as a courier covering open routes when the normally assigned courier is absent.
Act as a mentor and role model for hourly employees, demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities through Best Practices methods.
Promote continued sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible.

- High school diploma or equivalent
Related Experience Requirements
- Six (6) months of previous courier experience
Technical Skill Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record
