Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Corporate Counsel to join a growing financial technology organization in Irvine, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity offers a highly visible in-house role supporting business teams on complex commercial matters, strategic initiatives, and regulatory considerations. The ideal candidate combines strong contract negotiation skills with practical legal judgment and the ability to advise stakeholders across a fast-moving, regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
