Job Description
About the Role The Senior Controls/Electrical Systems Engineer will lead and support the electrical design and delivery of multiple projects across North America, including aftermarket and new-build projects. The role is integral to driving design standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and the adoption of AI-driven design tools and digital engineering practices.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver custom electrical solutions for water treatment systems, ensuring cost‑efficiency, manufacturability, and standardization.
Develop and review CAD drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, BOMs, and technical documentation, including component selection and calculations.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project requirements and support manufacturing and field installation.
Drive process optimization and standardization using Lean principles, reducing rework, cycle times, and complexity.
