Job Description

What you'll be doing


  • Lead full lifecycle development: design, build, test, deploy, and monitor modern web applications 

  • Drive IT strategy and engineering best practices (SLAs, release pipelines, technical debt reduction) 

  • Coach and develop engineers while scaling team capability and performance 

  • Champion Agile delivery and continuous improvement across processes and outcomes 

  • Partner with leadership to assess and integrate emerging technologies and trends 

  • Influence and support enterprise initiatives, including change management efforts 

  • Ensure quality, compliance, and strong internal controls across solutions 

  • Provide technical leadership on complex initiatives and customer-facing platforms 

  • Support hiring, performance management, and team development planning
