Job Purpose
The Sr. Construction Manager – Brownfield is responsible for leading and managing all offshore construction activities associated with brownfield modifications, tie‑ins, shutdown works, and facility upgrades for the Offshore Water Injection Project. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and timely execution of construction activities within live operating facilities while maintaining strict compliance with ADNOC requirements, project specifications, HSE standards, and quality objectives.
The position serves as the focal point between Engineering, Operations, Construction Contractors, Commissioning, and Client teams to ensure successful project delivery with minimal disruption to ongoing offshore operations.
