Sr. Compliance Analyst

Full-time Management & Operations

This highly visible and client-facing position will be responsible for the validation of Compliance operations within the respective country/facility.

This position will participate in the management and validation of physical, operational and information compliance, incident management ensuring the site(s) and business units comply with FOUNDEVER security policy, client contractual and regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide subject matter expertise during the client lifecycle, ensuring provision of timely and accurate responses to client Compliance matters; participates in audits, build-outs, reviews client contracts, answers questionnaires, conducts client risk assessments, advocates client security measures, measures compliance with contractual obligations, conducts go-live assessments.
