You will work closely with Compensation Leads and Total Rewards colleagues, with growing exposure to HR partners and business stakeholders as experience develops. Based in India, this role supports a global compensation model and is well suited for someone looking to build a strong technical compensation foundation, starting with execution and progressing toward more independent analysis and advisory support.
