As a Sr.
Collection Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the collections function.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of collections analysts, setting collection targets, and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize past dues.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to evaluate customers' credit situation and credit worthiness, monitor and analyze collection performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
You will also be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues and disputes related to collections, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the collections process.
